Double girder gantry crane composed of gantry,trolley traveling mechanism, cab and electric control system, the gantry is box-shape structure, the track is at the side of each girder and the leg is divided into type A and type U according to user's requirements. The control method could be ground control, remote control, cabin control or both, in the cab there are adjustable seat, insulating mat on the floor, toughened glass for the window, fire extinguisher, electric fan and auxiliary equipment such as air condition, acoustic alarm and inter phone which can be furnished as required by users. Product display:
Beam
1.The main girder will be derusted by sandblasting and coated with zinc-rich epoxy primer.
2.Main beam is cut by plasma numerical control cutting machine;
3. The butt weld of tension flange shall undergo ultrasonic or x-ray flaw detection as specified

Trolley
The trolley is assembled by motor reducer braking trolley frame drum hook, pulley rain cover and other parts. It comprises a lifting mechanism and a transverse walking mechanism. The trolley is designed in strict accordance with the application and working environment.

Outrigger
1.Consist of rigid outrigger and flexible outrigger,all connection points are connected by high-tension bolt
2.The ladder is used by operator to enter into cab or arriving at winch.
3.When the span is more than 30 meters, a flexible leg is needed to reduce the lateral friction between the trolley and the track when the beam lifts the material.
Wheel
The wheels of crane trolley, main beam and end beam are produced in our special vacuum casting workshop (sand-free casting process), which makes our wheels more elastic and wear-resistant on the outer surface.

packaging: 1. Electric parts are packed in iron box to reduce distortion in conveying; 2. Steel structures are fastened by bolts. Land Transportation & Shipping: 1. If the size of whole crane are suitable for container ship, usually by container; 2. If the size is too big, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation; 3. Transport ways are based on reducing cost for you and keep the crane performance!
