What is the end beam?
The crane end beam is a device that supports the crane to lift heavy objects, which is a part of the crane. Both ends of the beam are fitted with wheels to support the bridge to run on the elevated frame. The main beam is welded to the track for lifting the car.
Crane end beams play an important role in the crane industry, which is the key component of the crane transport.
Classification of crane end beams
Crane end girder can be divided into upstream and downstream according to the walking method. It can be divided into bench beam and European end beam according to the structure. It is divided into single beam end beam and double beam end beam in the form of main beam structure.
Working principle of crane end beam
The end beam part is composed of the wheel combination end beam frame, the end beam part mainly has the upper cover plate, the web plate and the lower cover plate; the end beam is composed of two sections connecting the connecting plate and the angle steel with high strength bolts. The inside of the end beam is provided with reinforcing ribs to ensure the stability of the end beam after loading. The main dimensions of the end beams are determined by the span of the main girder, the trajectory of the cart and the gauge of the trolley. The cart is run separately.
