1. Application Scenarios & Performance Classification

 

This single girder overhead crane is specially designed for various indoor workshop scenarios, and can meet the material handling needs of industries such as mechanical processing, assembly production, and warehousing and logistics.

 

According to the working class and frequency of the lifting load, it is divided into two performance grades: A5 and A6:

 

• A5 Grade: Suitable for scenarios with medium load and medium working frequency, such as auto parts production lines and hardware product warehouses.
• A6 Grade: Adapted to high-load, high-frequency continuous operation scenarios, such as home appliance assembly lines and heavy equipment parts transfer stations.
   
  The equipment can operate stably under complex working conditions such as normal temperature and heavy dust, and can be put into use quickly without additional plant renovation.

 

2. Diversified Cab Entrance Design

 

The entrance form of the cab supports three customized solutions, which can be flexibly selected according to the workshop layout and the operating habits of operators:

 

• Side Entrance: Enter from the side of the cab, suitable for workshop layouts with passages beside the crane, enabling more convenient personnel access.
• End Entrance: Enter from the end of the cab, suitable for workshops with sufficient longitudinal space, which can reduce the occupation of horizontal passages.
• Surface Entrance: Enter from the top of the cab, suitable for workshops with limited ground passages, and can safely go up and down through the supporting ladder.

 

3. Flexible Cab Installation Position

 

The cab supports flexible installation on the left and right ends, and can be configured according to the on-site operation field of view and equipment layout:

 

• Left-end Installation: Suitable for workstations with more frequent material flow on the left side, allowing operators to observe the left lifting area more clearly.
• Right-end Installation: Adapted to scenarios with higher operation density on the right side, which can improve the accuracy and safety of lifting operations.
   
  The cab adopts a fully enclosed structure, equipped with anti-slip floors, safety handrails and sound insulation materials, providing a comfortable and safe working environment for operators.

 

4. Dual-scheme Power Supply System

 

The power supply for the trolley travel of the equipment supports two mature solutions, which can be freely selected according to the workshop power supply conditions and layout:

 

• Safety Trolley Line Power Supply: Uses a trolley line with an insulating shell, which has the characteristics of dustproof, waterproof and anti-electric shock. It operates stably with low maintenance costs, and is suitable for dusty and humid workshop environments.
• Angle Iron Power Supply: Uses angle iron as the conductive carrier, with low cost and simple installation, suitable for scenarios with moderate requirements for power supply stability.
   
  The power supply system can be installed on the same side or opposite side of the cab, which can avoid the interference of cables with the operation area and optimize the space utilization efficiency of the workshop.

 

5. Dual-mode Control System

 

The equipment provides two operation modes to meet the control needs of different operation scenarios:

 

• Ground Remote Control Mode: The operator holds the remote control to work on the ground, suitable for scenarios with an open view of the lifting area and the need for flexible movement. It allows close observation of the lifting process, improving operation safety.
• Cab Control Mode: The operator completes the operation through the console in the enclosed cab, suitable for high-position and long-distance lifting operations, which can effectively avoid the interference of the external environment on the control.
   
  Both modes support one-click switching, and are equipped with safety devices such as emergency stop and overload warning to ensure the safety of both the equipment and personnel.

2. How many operating methods for my selection?

Thanks for your question. The standard operating methods we provide is pendent controller with push buttons. Meanwhile, we can also provide the remote control with push buttons and the cabin (space capsule seat) control with joystick. You can choose any of them, just tell us!

3. What's the max lifting capacity of the crane?
